There are few things cuter than hearing your child say, “No, Murkle Monster!”

I bought this extra-ordinarily-magic-tastically fun and charming book for my one-and-a-half-year-old and she absolutely adores it. The first night she received the book, she asked us to read it to her three times! The pictures are colorful and engaging, and the story is clever and fun. Author Spinner has a gift for capturing the voice of an excited child, and for creating characters who will stay with you and your child long after you’ve closed the book. As a children’s book author myself, I have a great deal of appreciation and admiration for Spinner and Collins! My family and I can’t wait to see what adventures await Weldon and Murkle.
